Can weather ruin a tent reception?
I want to have my wedding reception outside (under a tent) in may in upstate New York, but Im concerned about weather being an issue.
I fully plan on renting a tent, flooring, tent walls (french windows), as well as heaters or air conditioners (depending on the forecast).
Is there a chance guests could still be miserable due to the weather and not stay as long?
There is an indoor location, but it can only hold 200 people and we’re having approx 320.
you could have a few tables with parasols scattered outside which will be handy for rain or shine and smokers.sounds like it will be a wonderfull affair .enjoy your day im sure everyone else will be happy for you.
